General Secretary

Alketa Përnaska

Alketa Përnaska (born on January 4, 1978), since May 2024, holds the position of General Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation.

Previously, in a leadership role, she has successfully fulfilled the assigned tasks at the High State Control, the General Directorate of Taxes, the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship and beyond with expertise in the private sector.

She has deep experience in financial and fiscal auditing.

She has been active in the field of regional policies, in the capacity of Coordinator of the Minister of State for the Regional Economic Zone and the Albania-Kosovo Bilateral Chamber of Economy and Industry.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence and success in every aspect of her work.
