Functions and duties of the Ministry of Culture

The functions of the Ministry of Culture, in accordance with the main directions of the general state policy, the national strategy for development and integration and with the program of the Council of Ministers, exercises its activity in the areas of state responsibility approved by VKM no. 507, dated 13.09.2017 “On determining the scope of state responsibility of the Ministry of Culture”. Also, the functions of MK are defined in the Internal Regulation of Organization and Functioning, approved by Order No. 92, dated 19.2.2020 (attached) according to the legislation in force.
