How will we bring them back to the cinema and who is the Albanian film viewer? How much can the film industry be helped by the current budgets, and is this the only way to produce films? These questions were asked by the Minister of Culture, Mirela Kumbaro, at a consultation table with filmmakers, producers and film students.
