The initiative is the result of the collaboration of three Italian universities (the Polytechnic of Bari, the University of Parma and the University of Chieti-Pescara) for years engaged in research on the archaeological and architectural heritage in Albania in collaboration with the Institute of Cultural Monuments and the Institute of Archeology in Albania.
