The Ministry of Culture opens the Call for cultural projects for 2023.

Based on the policies of the Albanian Government for culture, to enliven the artistic life, with a special focus during the tourist season, to promote our material and immaterial cultural heritage, the Ministry of Culture opens the Call for cultural projects.

The Ministry of Culture is committed to creating a healthy climate for the promotion and success of cultural activities and keeping communication with the public alive.

The Ministry of Culture’s program for Art and Heritage 2023 will provide concrete support for the creative industries in the country, highlighting all cultural sectors, aiming to support the independent artistic scene, improve the quality artistic, promoting their productions and facilitating access to innovative financing mechanisms.

This call aims to support projects that are developed in Albania. This year, festivals, projects that promote cultural heritage through technology, creative industries, publications related to the promotion of heritage and our country, etc. will be supported.

The presented project-proposals must be realized within the budget year, which means that the proposed activities must be developed within the period March – November 2023.

The call for project proposals will remain open from January 25-February 25, 2023

Applications will be submitted in printed form, by hand or by post, to the Protocol office of the Ministry of Culture,
