“Pleasure to have you here. I think you are the first Minister of Culture from Albania to visit us”. With these words, the Minister of Culture, Mirela Kumbaro-Furxhi, was received on Monday in Brussels by the EU Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Multilingualism, Andrulla Vassiliou.
