The Ministry of Culture has announced May as “Museum Month”, connecting it with the International Museum Day, which is commemorated every year on May 18.
Despite the fact that the isolation makes it impossible to organize public activities, the museums will be present on social networks, inviting us to discover pieces of treasures,
distributed in our museums, virtual tours that will give us the opportunity to travel to all the museums of the world,
as well as curiosities and guides adapted for the little ones within the “Education through Culture” program.
Throughout the month, the day will be opened with treasures from museums all over Albania, as part of the memory to tell us where we come from and where we need to go.
