In the courtyard of the National Gallery of Albania, the Minister of Culture of Albania, Mirela Kumbaro – Furxhi, together with her staff consisting of 15 members, came out to receive the Kosovo delegation consisting of 20 representatives of Kosovo’s cultural institutions and officials of MKRS, thus marking the first meeting between the culture and art institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania.
